Should there be any complaints or disputes, we shall undertake everything in our power to provide a quick and unbureaucratic solution. Please help us by observing the following points:

Transport damage

Our deliveries are generally carried out by transport companies, freight carriers or DHL. Please observe the following points:

  • Please examine goods for possible damage to the packaging and/or contents immediately upon receipt in the presence of the delivery agent.
  • If the item has obviously been damaged during delivery, please do not accept it
  • Send an e-mail with a precise description of the problem at: shop@lambert-home.de

Be sure to include the following points:

  • Please compare the received item(s) with the item(s) listed in the bill
  • Please compare the invoice with the order
