These armchairs imitate the typical form of their colonial predecessors. They were popular particularly in England and became known as loom chairs. Kensington is, however, once again woven by hand from natural Borneo on a robust rattan frame. Plaited borders at the front and the wide aprons give the armchairs extra stability. With their honey-coloured wickerwork they harmonise with any interior setting and make their mark at tables, in groups or alone.
