Product description
A tiered sacrificial bowl from ancient Hindu temples inspired the designer to create this unusual and decorative form. Where the original held a few grains of rice, coloured powder and sticks of incense, the modern version is an elegant serving bowl for delicate snacks. Puri is sand-cast and then the surface is nickel plated and finished with a dark patina. The bowl should be cleaned with a soft dishcloth, warm water and dishwashing liquid.
