Although we endeavour to process your order as speedily as possible and with the greatest possible care and diligence, complaints or disputes may arise for various different reasons. Return Conditions


You can exchange or return the items received within the 14-day cancellation period. To do so, please fill out the return form and send it by e-mail to Our customer service will then take care of your request. For the return shipment with DHL, you will receive a shipping label after receipt of your message. Please pack the goods carefully for return, ideally in the original packaging, so that the item is returned to us without damage. Please place the return form in the package and stick the shipping label on the box. Please remove the original address label in advance.

In the case of shipping goods, the shipping company will contact you to arrange a suitable date.



Transport Damage


Our deliveries are generally carried out by transport companies, freight carriers or DHL. Please observe the following points:

  • Please examine goods for possible damage to the packaging and/or contents immediately upon receipt in the presence of the delivery agent
  • If the item has obviously been damaged during delivery, please do not accept it
